The Tire Shop and especially Ayala provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. Because of the COVID-19 virus, I am physically sheltering in place because I am part of the particularly vulnerable population. I had scheduled an appointment before the extent of the COVID-19 virus was realized but canceled it once it was known. But my car still required needed service. The Tire Shop arranged to pick up my car, and even noticed my safety inspection had been due in April, They took care of this too for me including bringing it back to me, all without any personal contact necessary. The service was arranged with pleasant, attentive, and prompt conversations to ensure all my needs were being met. I have been going to The Tire shop for a while, but this was truly an exceptional service experience and done with the same quality service that I have always received. I would never go anywhere else. If you value good customer service as well as good car service, this is the place to go.
